Two centres serving the mainland communities of Mombasa — JCC West in Chaani and JCC South in Likoni. Same family, two homes, easier to get to depending on which side of the island you live.
A church for the west.
JCC West serves Chaani, Changamwe, Magongo, Bangladesh and the surrounding mainland-west communities. A worshipping family that runs Sunday morning prayer and an English service, plus daily Morning Glory and weekday Grace Hour.
This is also the host of the Tuesday Youth Overnight Prayer for everyone on the mainland west.

The midweek service of Bible teaching at all our centres. Wednesday is a 24-hour fast for the JCC family.

An all-night service of worship and intercession, every Friday.
By car
From the island, take Makupa Causeway or Nyali Bridge to the mainland and head west on the Mombasa–Nairobi Highway. Chaani is just past Changamwe.
By matatu
Any matatu heading to Changamwe, Magongo or Mariakani from town will drop you near Chaani. The centre is a short walk from the main road.

A church for the south coast.
JCC South serves Likoni and the south-coast communities of Shika Adabu, Mtongwe, Bofu and beyond, all the way down towards Ukunda. Sunday prayer and an English service, weekday Morning Glory, weekday Grace Hour, and a Tuesday Youth Overnight.
This is the closest JCC for anyone living south of the Likoni Ferry — no need to cross over to the island every Sunday.

From the island
Take the Likoni Ferry across, then any matatu heading down the south coast highway. The centre is a short ride from the ferry landing.
By matatu
From Likoni or Ukunda, any matatu on the Likoni road will drop you near the centre.
If you’re from
Likoni, Shika Adabu, Mtongwe, Bofu, Diani or Ukunda — this is your nearest centre on the south coast.
